The patient and their health are at the center of our work. We treat according to protocols and employ modern methods, putting patient outcomes above profits.
We're growing and investing in equipment and our team. All administrative and organizational work, including patient registration and coordination, is handled by the clinic's team. The larger the clinic grows, the greater its income and the greater the role of the doctor within it.
We need doctors in three specializations.
Implant surgeon
Implant placement, bone grafting, sinus lift. Collaboration with an orthopedist using the All-on-4 and All-on-6 protocols.

Orthopedic dentist. Prosthetics
Implant- and dental-supported prosthetics. Crowns, bridges, full and partially removable restorations. Planning for aesthetics and function.

Orthodontic correction, braces,
and aligners. We work with adults and adolescents, including pre-implant preparation.

Income, flow and full
arrangement on site.
Income
From 6,000 to 15,000 euros per month on average. Salary + percentage of patients. The range depends on specialization, experience, and work format.
Patient flow
A steady flow of first-time patients. The chair is full, and the doctor doesn't waste time searching for patients.
Equipment
Modern equipment and materials are regularly updated. Everything for complex surgery, prosthetics, and orthodontics.
Moving
We provide complete relocation assistance and create a comfortable environment for those arriving.
Schedule and rest
We select a convenient schedule for the doctor.
The team around the doctor
Assistants, patient coordinator, and receptionist. The patient arrives prepared and is supported throughout the entire process.

A clinic in the capital. Implantation and aesthetics, solvent patients, influx from Estonia and Finland. English- and Russian-speaking patients.

Narva
A 20-room clinic. A leader in the region. High patient volume, including those seeking complex treatment. The working languages are Russian and Estonian.
